Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage has research-proven mental/emotional and physical benefits. You decide light, medium, or heavy pressure. Thai stretching, hot stone, head & neck, and reflexology can all be integrated into your Swedish Massage session.

60 Min Swedish Massage = $70 - 60 Min Swedish Massage w/ Thai Stretching = $70

90 Min Swedish Massage = $100 - 90 Min Swedish Massage w/ Thai Stretching = $100

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue massage treats musculoskeletal issues, including strains, sports injuries, and cramps. Deep strokes target muscles and connective tissues.

60 Min Deep Tissue Massage = $70 - 60 Min Deep Tissue Massage w/ Thai Stretching = $70

90 Min Deep Tissue Massage = $100 - 90 Min Deep Tissue Massage w/ Thai Stretching = $100

Reflexology

Each Reflexology treatment includes a relaxing foot soak in warm water infused with restorative Chinese herbs. Treat yourself to improved cognition, reduced fatigue, stress, and anxiety, in addition to nervous system/metabolism stimulation.

60 Min Reflexology = $60

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is available with any one of our treatments. Heating up the skin and muscles promotes blood flow which in turn promotes healing. If you enjoy hot stone therapy let us know so we can add it to your session.

Hot Stone Therapy is included in both Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage at no extra charge.

Head & Neck

While Head & Neck work is integral to any bodywork service, it can be the focus of your session for a specified amount of time. Just let us know you'd like 20 or even 30 minutes of your session to be Head & Neck specific.

Thai Massage & Stretching

Thai massage is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures and stretching.

Thai stretching may be added to your Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage session for $10.
